The system has a tension detecting unit (1) for a trawler cable (7) and a trim detection unit for detecting a trim (2) of a boat. An alarm system (4) such as sound or luminous alarm system, is installed at various places of a trawler. A cutter (5) is controlled directly by the tension detecting unit, by an electronic unit, or by a blow switch (6). The electronic unit is provided for data processing and for receiving the signals from the trim detecting unit and the tension detecting unit.
