<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a vacuum heat insulating material is shifted and the vacuum heat insulating material is separated from a face material when using, in the filling/foaming process of a rigid urethane foam heat insulating material into a heat insulating panel using a hot-dip galvanized steel sheet as the face material. <P>SOLUTION: The hot-dip galvanized steel sheet 105 is used as the face material, and the vacuum heat insulating material 107 is bonded to and arranged on the heat insulating material side of the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet 105 by styrene rubber hotmelt 116. By adhesive strength of the styrene rubber hotmelt 116, the vacuum heat insulating material 107 is prevented from being shifted in the filling/foaming process into the heat insulating material 108 between the face materials. Also in a change in the temperature of the installation environment of the heat insulating panel, the vacuum heat insulating material 107 is prevented from being separated from the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet 105 by the hot-dip galvanized steel sheet 105 and the adhesive strength of styrene rubber hotmelt 116, and deformation such as the waving of the heat insulating panel caused by separation of the vacuum heat insulating material 107 is prevented. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
