<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of an internal combustion engine with an electric supercharger in which the response of the supercharger is secured while suppressing the consumption of electric power. <P>SOLUTION: When the operating condition of the engine 1 is determined to be stationary by a control map M1, a bypass valve 32 is controlled to the opening based on the control map M2.
