APPARATUS FOR GENERATING NEGATIVE PRESSURE, AND APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MIXING FLUID

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus 31 for generating negative pressure, in which negative pressure is generated by using a fluid flowing through a flow passage 35 extending almost horizontally in a main body part 34 while satisfactorily securing the cross-sectional area of the flow passage 35 without upsizing the apparatus 31 as a whole.

SOLUTION: The flow passage 35 is composed of: a guiding flow passage part 35a for guiding/discharging the fluid toward the downstream side; and a cross-sectional area-enlarged part 35b which is connected to the downstream end of the guiding flow passage part 35a and the cross-sectional area of which is made larger than that of the guiding flow passage part 35a at the downstream end. The height of the upper end face of the cross-sectional area-enlarged part 35b is made almost the same as the maximum height of the guiding flow passage part 35a at the downstream end.
