PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrayed light guide diffraction grating that has small insertion loss and makes miniaturization possible. SOLUTION: The arrayed light guide diffraction grating is equipped with: a first port light guide having at least one light guide; a first optical directional coupling circuit that is connected at one end to the first port light guide; an arrayed light guide that is connected at one end to the other end of the first optical directional coupling circuit and that is provided with a plurality of light guides of mutually different optical path lengths; a second optical directional coupling circuit that is connected at one end to the other end of the arrayed light guide; and a second port light guide that is connected at one end to the second optical directional coupling circuit and that is provided with at least two or more light guides.
