PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device used for it capable of manufacturing a low-cost and high-definition functional board in a stable state. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a forming process in which either of a plurality of nozzle pairs 31a to 31f is selected and used for a board main body 3 to discharge ink into each recess part 19a, and the discharged ink is dried to form an organic layer 16, and a forming process is carried out while changing one or the plurality of nozzle pairs 31 to be used at very organic EL boards 1 successively.
