PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method capable of avoiding environmental influence such as property variation of ground, water quality variation and unstabilization of a structure generated by obstructing an underground water flow and grasping a reality of the situation by an investigation in a construction process of the underground structure. SOLUTION: In a construction process of pneumatic caisson construction method, a reality of the situation and a property of underground water flow is investigated in a work chamber, the underground water flow is once separated via a ground section by an installation of a temporary well and an auxiliary facility, a waterway of the underground water flow is changed by installation of a permanent well and a water passage and then the temporary well is removed.
