PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply, easily, and surely connect a lead plate without widening the lateral width of a board holder. SOLUTION: A battery pack is equipped with a plurality of secondary batteries 1, a lead plate 8 connected to electrodes at both ends of the secondary battery 1, a lead wire 7 whose one end is connected to the lead plate 8, a circuit board 2 connected to the other end of the lead wire 7, and a board holder 11 arranged between the circuit board 2 and the secondary battery 1 and opening a through window 55 passing through the lead plate 8. In the battery pack, a pair of lead plates 8 connected to the both ends of the secondary battery 1 is bent in a crank shape so that the connection ends 8A to the lead wire 7 are approached each other, and inserted into the through window 55 of the board holder 11.
