PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case and electronic device which can increase a reliability by effectively shielding noise with a relatively inexpensive arrangement. SOLUTION: A distributor 1 has a board 2, a front case 4, and a rear case 6. The front case 4 is formed by processing the shape of a single piece of metallic plate, and has recesses 460, 470 in thread of screws 16, 18 fixing the board 2.
