PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-layer inductor capable of obtaining a high Q-value with a required inductance. SOLUTION: The value of (a) is obtained by a formula of a=d/e(t+d) when the line width of a coil is shown by (e), the line thickness of the same is shown by (t), and the conductor spacing of the same is shown by (d); and is specified so as to be within 5-20 whereby the high Q-value can be obtained with a required inductance.
