PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and novel illumination type decorated molding and an illumination type key sheet. SOLUTION: On the illumination type key sheet (illumination type decorated molding) 8, a background layer 3 at illumination does not makes backlight uniformly transmit from whole bottom face 9c of a key top main body 9, but makes the backlight transmit from a window hole 3a. By the above, since such a difference of lightness at outer periphery of a display layer 2 looks lighter than that in a face thereof, bordering illumination of the display layer 2 can be realized. Since the size of the window hole 3a of the background layer 3 is smaller than that of the display layer 2, an operator hardly looks at the window hole 3a, and a bordering illumination of good appearance hard to look straight at backlight passing through the window hole 3a can be realized.
