PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To help an exerciser take effective exercise, maintain motivation to exercise, and easily conduct the management of the exercise information on strength training or the like. SOLUTION: This exercise information recording system, after distinguishing an exercise repetition based on acceleration information from an acceleration sensor, stores the time or frequency data of the exercise per cycle in its memory. Then it transmits the exercise information to a processing unit such as a computer via a communication means with outside, so that the history of the exercise information can be graphically displayed by a program of the computer or others.
