PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiratory state monitoring apparatus capable of precisely detecting a respiratory flow regardless of a temperature difference (the change of the temperature difference) with the environmental temperature of a circumference, and to provide a respiratory sensor, and a respiratory state monitoring system. SOLUTION: A respiratory signal (a voltage signal) from the respiratory sensor 1 and a temperature signal from a temperature sensor 40 are input in a step 110. A respiratory signal is corrected with the use of the temperature signal in a step 120, that is, the amplitude of the respiratory signal is adjusted in response to the temperature difference. Specifically, when the environmental temperature is higher than reference temperature, the amplitude of the respiratory signal is made to be larger according as the temperature difference is larger. When the environmental temperature is lower than the reference temperature, the amplitude of the respiratory signal is made to be smaller according as the temperature difference is larger.
