PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative lighting accessory using a ear-hooking type battery container, which is made inconspicuous, does not deteriorate aesthetic quality, and is made to decorate accessories with light. SOLUTION: A light emitting element (6) such as an LED, LD and EL is formed on a case body (1) incorporating the ear-hooking type battery, so that an ear accessory is lighted up and made visible in a dark place. Also, a wire for outputting is pulled out from the ear-hooking type battery case body and used for illuminating accessories which are equipped with light emitting elements such as the LED, LD and EL and which are formed into a necklace, a hair band or a plastic or metal semicircular hair band.
