PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanger suspending device with an attachment angle adjuster, which permits a simple vertical adjustment and attachment of a device for drying things which is suspended under a terrace or eaves even if the ceiling and the rafter of the terrace or the eaves incline. SOLUTION: The hanger suspending device is composed of a U-shaped mounting device pinching the rafter having a drainage slope and an inclination to hold a roof portion and fixed, a base fixed to the U-shaped mounting device by machine screws, a fixing device rotatably installed on the pedestal by a rotary shaft such as a split pin. One end of the fixing tool suspends the hanger inserted thereinto and the other end of the fixing device is provided with an adjustment arm rotatable through a rotary shaft such as the split pin, the angle of rotation of the adjustment arm can be varied by the tightening or loosening action of the adjustment screw threadedly engaged to the base, the variation of the angle of rotation of the adjustment arm vertically adjusts vertical the hanger suspended on the fixing device by one end irrespective of the inclination of the rafter, and the vertically adjusted hanger is fastened to the base by fixing screws by the end of the adjustment arm.
