摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently obtain light whose light emission spectrum has a smooth shape in a wide range, in a light source apparatus for multiplexing light from a plurality of light sources. SOLUTION: The light source apparatus 10 includes at least three light sources SLD (Super Luminescent Diode) 1, SLD2, SLD3 and SLD4 each having a predetermined wavelength interval and different central wavelengths. These light sources are grouped into a first group including odd ordered light sources and the second group including even ordered light sources when counted in order of lengths of the central wavelengths thereof. The light source apparatus 10 has one or more multiplexing means DM (Division Multiplexing) 1 and DM2 having wavelength selectivity, for multiplexing light from the light sources in the same group and emitting light of each group, and a multiplexing means HM not having wavelength selectivity, for multiplexing light emitted from the first group and the second group.
