PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress uncertainty in the propagation delay of a trigger signal in an ATE system. SOLUTION: The trigger distribution device, or the like has a circuit for providing connection in a set of trigger signals from a set of device to be inspected and equipment, and a timing subsystem for providing a time reference for processing the trigger signal in the trigger distribution device.
