An intake door operation device for an air conditioner of a vehicle is provided to reduce load of an actuator when being oversealed, to miniaturize an arm, and to prevent noise generation when being applied to a dome-shaped intake door by using the intake door operation device for the air conditioner. An intake door operation device for an air conditioner of a vehicle comprises an intake door(10), an actuator(20), a drive member(22) and an arm(12). The intake door with dome shape allows outer air or inner air to be supplied. The actuator opens/closes an outer air inflow port and an inner air inflow port by rotating the intake door. The drive member is installed in an output shaft(21) of the actuator and provided with a pivot(23) in an end. The arm is installed in a door shaft(11) of the intake door, has one end coupled to the pivot and transfers driving force generated by the actuator to the door shaft. The pivot is provided with an opened slot(13) with predetermined width by allowing an end coupled to the pivot of the drive member to be separated.
