<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection-type image display device capable of quickly displaying images with less time and effort, when displaying the image of a memory card slot or displaying the image by connecting a computer signal to an RGB input terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The device includes a microcomputer 5, having the function of detecting the insertion of an SD card and the presence or absence of an image file within the SD card. When the insertion of the SD card or the presence of the image file in the SD card is detected, a power source is switched on, thereby turning on a light 6, and also automatically selecting and displaying the SD card slot 1 as an input terminal, regardless of which input terminal has been selected when the power source previously used is turned off. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
