<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traffic stud used as a partition line or the like, prevented from breakage to allow repeated use, positively prevented from moving and easily installed and removed. <P>SOLUTION: The traffic stud comprises a mounting part 2 mounted on the road surface 8 by nail members driven into a road, and an elastic deformation part 3 flexibly and elastically deformed and projected upward from the mounting part 2 to form a hollow part 6 together with the mounting part 2. The mounting part 2 is formed with mounting holes 2a facing the hollow part 6 and locked to the nail members, and the elastic deformation part 3 is formed with openings 5a facing the hollow part 6 and allowing the nail members to pass through. The elastic deformation part 3 is elastically deformed being pressed downward to place the openings 5a over the mounting holes 2a. In a state of placing the openings 5a over the mounting holes 2a, the nail members are allowed to pass through from the openings 5a, inserted through the mounting holes 2a and driven into the road.
