PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a non-straight cylindrical rubber roller having an end part shape of high precision. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the rubber roller composed of a conductive shaft body and the elastic layer having a non-straight cylindrical shape formed to the outer periphery of the shaft body, the conductive shaft body is coated with a rubber material liquid at the normal temperature using a ring-shaped coating head and, after the coating amount of the rubber material on the conductive shaft body is controlled in the longitudinal direction of the conductive shaft body, the rubber material is cured to manufacture the non-straight cylindrical rubber roller.
