PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently register or update an equipment control program by determining the adaptability of an equipment control program to be downloaded from external equipment. SOLUTION: A controller part 110 downloads an equipment control program for controlling each piece of equipment and a plurality of relevant files for the equipment control program from an FC server 104 through a LAN 400. The controller part 110 activates a download task and confirms the compatibility of the equipment control program based on the downloaded relevant files. Based on the confirmation result of the compatibility, management information of the downloaded equipment control program is enabled, or restored to enable an old equipment control program before download.
