PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize reliable separation feed and prevention of misfeed of paper sheets stacked in a bundle with a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A rocking plate 104 is provided on a fore end of a stacking plate 100 with paper sheets P being stacked thereon. The stacking plate 100 is turned with a hinge 106 as a supporting point and lifted up while rocking the rocking plate 104 upwardly by an urging member 116 so as to regulate the upward rocking range of the rocking plate 104. When the stacking plate 100 is lifted up, the upward rocking range of the rocking plate 104 is regulated, the rocking plate 104 is held at an inclined state with respect to a stacking plate body 102, set-in of the stacking plate 100 by the abutting pressure applied to the paper sheets P from a nudger roll 34 is suppressed to prevent any misfeed.
