PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally switch a panel for partitioning a vehicle rear part luggage compartment between a panel vertically partitioning the luggage compartment and a panel covering the luggage compartment in the upper side, without having an adverse effect on reclining of a rear seat back. SOLUTION: A panel body 25 approximately horizontally positioned behind the reclinable rear seat back 7 and vertically partitioning the truck 11 is detachably supported by a vehicle side wall 19.
