PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle frame structure where a roof side rail intersects a pillar, capable of preventing a positional shift of a roof rail reinforcement member when assembling the roof rail reinforcement member to inside of the roof side rail and of facilitating assembling of an intersection part. SOLUTION: A rail structure 67 of the vehicle frame structure is the intersection part 32 where the roof side rail 29 intersects the quarter pillar 31, and is provided with an outside panel 33 in a left side body, a rear inside panel 34 mounted to inside of the outside panel 33 and the roof rail reinforcement member 54B sandwiched between the rear inside panel 34 and the outside panel 33. The outside panel 33 has a lock folded part 71 and an orthogonal folded part 72. The roof rail reinforcement member 54B has a hook claw 75 abutting and hooked on the orthogonal folded part 72.
