PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool post infeed device which accurately machines a workpiece without decreasing productivity and save on a material cost by shortening the length of a remaining material, and also to provide a guide bush tool used for the same, and a bar machining method. SOLUTION: The tool post infeed device 1 comprises: a tool post unit 2 disposed around a spindle center line A of a lathe; a plurality of guide bush holding bases HL disposed around the spindle center line A; and a moving mechanism 5 which independently advances and retracts the tool post unit 2 and the guide bush holding bases HL with respect to the spindle center line A.
