PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw fastening machine comprising: an impact mechanism for applying a rotational impact torque in the screw fastening direction to a screw fastening driver bit; and a screw feeding device for supplying a large number of screws one by one to a screw fastening position, the screw fastening machine which can intercept a driving system by sensing the stroke of the screw fastening machine body in the screw fastening direction corresponding to the fastening amount of the screw. SOLUTION: An electric motor 11 (a driving system) is intercepted by means of a body sensing means 40 for sensing the upper stroke end of a feeder box 32, which the screw fastening axial stroke of the screw fastening machine body 10 accompanies, with respect to a case 31 in a screw feeding device 30.
