PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a can cleaning device which is capable of removing metal powder and the other dust remaining by adhesion to the inner face of a can. SOLUTION: The can cleaning device consists of a can holding means 20 to hold the can of which the bottom board is seamed and the seam schedule part side of the top board is opened, a dust removing mechanism 40 to be detachable inside of the can consisting of the trunk part and the bottom board of the can via opening part 14 and a detachable mechanism to detach the dust removing mechanism to the inside of the can via the opening part by transferring the can holding means in the direction of the dust removing mechanism. The dust removing mechanism is provided with air jetting ports 49, 50 to jet air towards the inside of the can and a suction port 45. The air jetting ports and the suction port are moved in the inside of the can in accordance with the action to detach of the dust removing mechanism into the inside of the can via the opening part.
