PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide acid water containing negative charge oxygen atoms and having an acidity higher than a pH of 5. SOLUTION: The acid water comprises having the acidity higher than a pH of 5 and containing the negative charge oxygen atoms, wherein the negative charge oxygen atom generated by heating a composite oxide including activated oxygen is carried by gas without reaction with the negative charge oxygen atom or water to bring it into contact with water.
