PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and appropriately tune the sound in a bass reflex duct part. SOLUTION: A front panel 52, a rear panel 53, a duct rear cover 71 and a duct front cover 72 are attached to a frame 54, so that the bass reflex duct part 65 is surrounded by the front panel 52, the rear panel 53, the frame 54, the duct rear cover 71 and the duct front cover 72 to form a sound transmission channel by the vibration of air which connects a speaker setting part 63 to a bass reflex opening 55.
