PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water drops from dripping from the hands when moving the hands washed in a washstand to a dryer so as not to soil the floor, to dry the hands and fingers in a sink as if the hands are washed by tap water and to perform washing and drying of the hands and fingers almost seamlessly, to perform safe and effective heating by storing an electric heater in an air blowout nozzle for blowing warm air, and to provide air blowout nozzle constitution easy to assemble when the electric heater is stored in the air blowout nozzle. SOLUTION: A hand and finger dryer 5 for washstand has an electric blower 6 installed in a space under the washstand. The air blowout nozzle 8 is arranged beside a faucet so that air is blown toward the sink parallel with the tap water.
