A game machine in which a medal is delivered through utilization of lottery by a physical lottery mechanism while impact of the delivery on the payout rate is relaxed. In the game machine where lottery is performed by a satellite unit (SA) as a physical lottery mechanism and a medal (M) is delivered directly or indirectly to a player as Bingo established when obtained numerical values are arranged in a row on a Bingo card, a privilege imparted to the player upon establishment of Bingo is selected, from a plurality of privileges associated with delivery of a medal (M) to the player and having different impact on the payout rate of the metal (M), depending on the control state of payout rate. When Bingo is established on any line of the Bingo card, a privilege selected in association with the line where Bingo is established is imparted to the player in addition to delivery of the medal (M) for establishment of Bingo.
