The vehicle body (1) is secured inside a cleaning unit (2) with two walls (20,21), a floor (10), and a ceiling (8) for a thorough cleaning before being painted. Two arms (30,31) are swivel mounted to the lateral walls (20,21). Each of the arms (30,31) is assembled of two movable segments (60,61,62,63) and fitted with a swivel mounted nozzle unit (70,71) at its outer end. Pressurized air is guided through the arms (30,31) and can be moved directly to the area to be cleaned from dust particles. The arms (30,31) are controlled by a mutual electronic device or individually. An independent claim is given for a cleaning arrangement using the method. |
