Pistons (32) are arranged so that a hinge pin runs through a working chamber (54). First and second pistons are set up to slide in a piston cage (72) that fits in a casing (12) concentric to the hinge pin so as to rotate on it and turns on the hinge pin in common with a piston. A gas exchange opening fits eccentrically on a front side (22) in relation to the hinge pin.
