An FRP(Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) sheet having a multi-layer structure and products manufactured by using the same are provided to apply synthetic resin with strong chemical resistance on the inside of the product such as a tank and FRP with strong mechanical strength on the outer side. An FRP sheet having a multi-layer structure is composed of a laminating cloth(120) rolled together with a synthetic resin sheet(110) through a gap between upper and lower rollers separated from each other and heated at the predetermined temperature and stuck on the synthetic resin sheet; a first FRP layer(130) put on the upper surface of the laminating cloth and bonded with the laminating cloth; a porous steel plate(140) formed on the upper surface of the first FRP layer; and a second FRP layer(150) applied on the upper surface of the steel plate.
