摘要 An apparatus and a method for driving a stepping motor and an electronic apparatus using the same are provided to reduce the noise of the motor by adjusting the phase of current flowing on each phase coil of the motor. An apparatus for driving a stepping motor(110) includes a driving signal generator(30), a first switching circuit(10), and a second switching circuit(20). The driving signal generator(30) generates a first driving signal(SD1a~SD1d) and a second driving signal(SD2a~SD2d) for controlling conduction states of an A-phase coil(L1) and a B-phase coil(L2) of the stepping motor(110). The first switching circuit(10) includes a plurality of switches connected to the A-phase coil(L1), receives the first driving signal(SD1a~SD1d) from the driving signal generator(30), and controls the conduction state of the A-phase coil(L1). The second switching circuit(20) includes a plurality of switches connected to the B-phase coil(L2), receives the second driving signal(SD2a~SD2d) from the driving signal generator(30), and controls the conduction state of the B-phase coil(L2). The driving signal generator(10) adjusts a phase difference between the first and second driving signals.
