<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiglare hard coat film or an antiglare hard coat sheet which has optical characteristics satisfying an antiglare property and a resolution property with good balance and also has a hard coat nature having surface hardness excellent in an antifouling property, chemical resistance and abrasion resistance and which is used for a various kinds of display units. <P>SOLUTION: The hard coat sheet is constituted by providing an active energy ray hardening resin coating layer on at least one surface of a transparent plastic sheet base material 10. A particulate-containing hardening resin layer 20 containing inorganic or organic particulates and a clear hardening resin layer 30 containing no particulate are laminated in order to form the antiglare hard coat sheet 1 on the base material 10. In the antiglare hard coat sheet, after laminating the particulate-containing hardening resin layer 20, half curing is carried out by active energy ray irradiation, then after laminating the clear hardening resin layer 30, both layers are simultaneously completely hardened by active energy ray irradiation to manufacture the antiglare hard coat sheet 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
