<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object person management system by which pieces of presence information of object persons are managed and utilization levels of service which the object persons can use are managed. <P>SOLUTION: The object person management system has: portable information terminals 2 possessed by the object persons for management; a plurality of access point devices 7 installed at optional positions in a management area so that communication connection can be made with the portable information terminals 2 and a management server 1 connected with the plurality of access point devices 7 via a network. A position detection means for detecting positions of the portable information terminals 2 in the management area to generate the presence information of the object persons who possess the portable information terminals 2 is provided to the system.
