<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental load-evaluating method for efficiently realizing more accurate LCA, and also provide an environmental load-evaluating system and an environmental load-evaluating program. <P>SOLUTION: An LCI basic unit evaluating means of a control part 21 of an environmental load-evaluating device 20 extracts LCI data necessary for LCA from a DB 22 for analyzing inventories. A correction processing means corrects the LCI data extracted by the LCI basic unit evaluating means by using additional information recorded to additional information DB 23, and computes corrected LCI data by using a basic unit item corresponding to the classification of impact evaluation, and then records the corrected LCI data to a DB 24 for analyzing corrected inventories. The corrected LCI data are applied to evaluation-object data acquired by an evaluation object data acquisition means to compute inventory analysis results.
