PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method which is free from the occurrence of a sheet attack and can improve mass production properties when a ceramic substrate for lamination having at least two kinds of composition parts on the same layer is produced. SOLUTION: A first sheet in which a first composition part 101 is provided on a first support layer 101a, and a recess in a prescribed shape partitioned by the first composition part is formed is prepared. A second sheet 251 in which a second composition part 201 is provided on a second support layer 201a, and a projection partitioned by the second composition part and capable of being engaged with the recess is prepared. The first sheet and the second sheet are laminated so that the projection is engaged with the recess.
