PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a network by setting communication parameters. SOLUTION: In a communication apparatus in a network over which communication apparatuses directly communicate with opposite-side apparatuses, a provider apparatus that provides a communication parameter and a receiver apparatus that receives the communication parameter are determined based on information indicating capabilities of communication apparatuses existing on the network.
