PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph seal forming device which is improved in controllability and entertainment so as to improve users' contents and to increase its profitability. SOLUTION: A group scribbling/editing/outputting screen 701 is equipped with two scribbling input regions (a first scribbling input region 721 and a second scribbling input region 722) which are set corresponding to two different touch pens, and a user can scribble and edit, at least, two images simultaneously. The first scribbling input region 721 and second scribbling input region 722 can display two or more optional keeping images side by side and input scribbles simultaneously. Furthermore, two or more images can be displayed only on either the first scribbling input region or the second scribbling input region, or two or more images can be displayed on both the first scribbling input region and second scribbling input region simultaneously.
