PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a common mode choke coil capable of improving high frequency characteristic. SOLUTION: A lamination 5 of common mode choke coil 1 comprises conductor layers 10, 12 laminated perpendicularly through an insulating layer 11; the conductor layer 10 includes a coil 20 formed in a profile of elliptic spiral, and an L shaped drawer 21 connected with this coil 20; the drawer 21 includes a straight line overlapping portion extending toward one edge of insulating layer 9; the conductor layer 12 includes a coil 23 formed in the profile of the elliptic spiral, and an L shaped drawer 24 connected with this coil 23; both of the coils 21, 23 are overlapped perpendicularly through the insulating layer 11 except each inner edge; the drawer 24 includes a straight line overlapping portion extending toward one edge of the insulating layer 11; and both straight line overlapping portions of the drawers 21, 24 overlap perpendicularly through the insulating layer 11.
