PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive wire rod wherein orientation of a (Bi, Pb)2223 crystal is high and a critical current is high, to provide its manufacturing method, and to provide a superconductive device. SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of the superconductive wire rod includes a process in which raw material powder containing Bi2212 and a Pb compound is filled in a metal pipe, the metal pipe filled with the raw material powder is drawn to form a clad wire, a plurality of clad wires are bundled and drawn to form a multi-core wire, the multi-core wire is heat-treated to make (Bi, Pb)2212 generated from Bi2212 and the Pb compound, the heat-treated multi-core wire is rolled to form a tape-shaped wire rod, and the wire rod is sintered to generate (Bi, Pb)2223. In the process to sinter the wire rod, the Pb compound and Bi2212 is generated from (Bi, Pb)2212 while the temperature is rising, and (Bi, Pb)2212 is again generated from the Pb compound and Bi2212 formed while the temperature is rising in this manufacturing method of the superconductive wire rod.
