PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller screw device capable of restraining a meshing sound between an internal teeth gear (or an external teeth gear) and a planetary gear from being generated as noise, and capable of restraining contact pressure acting on the internal teeth gear (or the external teeth gear) from becoming periodically high. SOLUTION: The meshing ratio between the internal teeth gear 16 and the planetary gear 17 is set to 1.42 to 1.67. Among two internal teeth gears 16, the internal teeth gear 16 is fixed to an inner peripheral surface of a nut 13 between one internal teeth gear 16 and the other internal teeth gear 16 so that a meshing phase difference with the planetary gear 17 is generated at a gear pitch of 1/6 to 1/2.
