PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil surface paving base material preventing mud produced in a passage for work in a field, to minimize take-out of cultivation soil from the field. SOLUTION: The soil surface paving base material has an effect of preventing mud produced in the passage for work in the field, to prevent cultivation soil sticking to tires of a working vehicle such as a tractor, from being taken out to the outside of the field. Further, if the paving base material is plowed into soil after finishing its function as a paving material, it is useful to improvement of soil fertility and soil activation by the aggregation of soil structure and active work of microorganisms in soil.
