PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a propylene-based resin composition having improved rigidity, heat resistance and impact resistance in good balance, improved impact resistance at a low temperature (about -30°C) and comprising a multicomponent. SOLUTION: The propylene-based resin composition comprises a component (I) 100 pts.wt. of a propylene-based block copolymer composition that is composed of 60-95 wt.% of a specific crystalline propylene polymer component (a) and 40-5 wt.% of a propylene-ethylene copolymer component (b) each polymerized by using a metallocene-based catalyst and satisfies specific properties of four items, a component (II) 0-70 pts.wt. of an ethylene-α-olefin-based elastomer or styrene-based elastomer and (iii) 5-70 pts.wt. of an inorganic filler.
