PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-ageing agent and a slimming agent each containing an extract of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn., and to provide a skin cosmetic containing the agents. SOLUTION: This anti-ageing agent having an anti-ageing action, and the slimming agent having a slimming action, each contains the extract of Callicarpa nudiflora Hook. et Arn. This anti-ageing action is preferably at least one embodiment selected from an estrogen-like action, a hyaluronic acid production-promoting action, and a skin kelatinocyte-proliferating action, and the slimming action is preferably an embodiment of a cyclic AMP phosphodiesterase-inhibiting action.
