PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid composition for oral cavity that has excellent dental caries prophylactic effect by adding an effective amount of calcium ion stably and promoting the recalcification of teeth. SOLUTION: The assignment can be solved with a liquid oral cavity composition having three or more kinds of compounds bearing hydroxyl groups. In other words, when three or more kinds of compounds bearing hydroxyl groups are added to calcium ion-feeding compound, the calcium ion in an effective amount for promoting the recalcification can be added and obtain the liquid composition for oral cavity that includes the calcium ion stably stored in for a long period of time.
