PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet stacking device capable of tidily stacking the sheets delivered from an image forming device. SOLUTION: The movable type sheet stacking device is provided with a sheet receiving part provided at a sheet delivery part of the image forming device, receiving the delivered sheet and moving it in a direction opposite to a delivery direction; an end restriction plate abutted on a leading end of the sheet moved in the reverse direction and stopping the sheet; and a restriction plate drive part for setting a position of the end restriction plate according to the kind of the sheet.
